More dynamic field with the same type on an activity dialog

Helo!

I am working on a process that will store informations about new person.
It will may happen that a person has moer than one address.
In this case on the activity dialog tha agent who fill that shuold add a new dynamic field for the second address to the activity dialog.
So, foer example, on the activity dialog there are a dynamic field for the name, and a dynamic field (both ticket -> text) for the address. But the new person has two addresses, and the agent must type that somewhere on the dialog. So he should add a new field to type the address in.

How can it be solved? HAs anyone a solution for this?
