Charset encode utf-8 => iso-8859-1

Hello,

I have a lot of errors like this in apache logs

Charset encode 'utf-8' -=> 'iso-8859-1' ( .........) not supported!

The errors hapenned when user reply to a ticket

Have you ever seen that?

Can you help me to solve this problem?
