Hallo,
ich habe den Auftrag bekommen, Anhänger aus Tickets die älter als Zeit X sind zu löschen ohne die Tickets zu löschen.
Kann mir jemand von euch helfen?

Da gibt es ein Feature das nennt sich OTRSAttachmentDelete
