Hi Guys,
I'm having a little trouble creating my external module.
We're using CRM software apart from OTRS.
CRM software for sales dept. and OTRS for support dept.
User and Customer database are connected, so ID's are all the same.
CRM-software allows us to create a task at the customers (so, sales dept, can schedule callbacks etc)
What I'm trying to acomplish is this:
When a new ticket is created, by phone / by email I'd like to create an 'task' in the CRM-software.
In this case the sales dept can see the support dept had an open ticket for this customer.
When I close a ticket the notification-taks will close in the CRM-sfotware.
Can anyone help me?
