Tickets are returning to main queue

Tickets are returning to main queue

Some tickets when moved from main queue to another queue are returning to main queue.
I do not want them to return. What do I need set?

check history of ticket
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

so you might have a generic agent configured which moves the tickets
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
