Is it always the same address? Did you check your mail server? Is this always the *same* email (not only the text, but the same message id)?

I found the answer. I had a wrong mail address. Thanks. But now I have a problem with apache serwer because when otrs is running, this software filling too much my RAM and I dont know how fix this. Any ideas?
