OTRS not sending Ticket

OTRS not sending Ticket

Hi ALL,

Am new to OTRS and this is my first post. So please don't mind if my question sounds trivial.

In our environtment, we have nagios integrated with OTRS. Any alarm in Nagios will send notification to oTRS which creates a ticket. The issue am facing is , I couldn't see any ticket generated for a specific service when it state went down.

Looking into the log , I found all the state of services (critical, warning, received) but also find a word "New Notice" . I did test with other service making it down where it logged as "New Ticket" and saw ticket generated. I am not sure what is "New Notice" meant by?

"May 6 06:58:09 tickets OTRS-PostMasterMailbox.pl-10[29127]: [Notice][Kernel::System::PostMaster::Filter::SystemMonitoring::Run] SystemMonitoring Mail: New Notice - Host: ***, State: CRITICAL, Service: ***"

Can anyone guide me through this? Any help will be greatful
