BACK button not visible on AGENTTICKETZOOM window

Hi,

My name is Gunjan and I am using OTRS 3.3.12. On AgentTicketZoom window, the back button is not visible. Could you please help me to make this button visible?

Did you check if the Ticket::Menu option for "back" in the SysConfig is enabled?

If I am not wrong, you are talking about Ticket:MenuModule? Yes, Back button configuration is enabled there. Still it is not visible.

Do you use ACLs? Outputfilters?

Yes I am using ACLs. Is there any problem with back button if you use ACLs? Please let me know the solution.

check if an update to the latest version of 3.3. solves the issue. I suggest upgrade to a supported version like OTRS4 or 5

I am using OTRS Windows 3.3.12 version. Upgrade is not possible for now to 4 or 5. Is there any other way which can fix this issue?

Can you disable the ACLs for a check? If the button is shown, you have to review your ACLs. Therefor enable the ACLs step by step and see which ACL causes the problem...

I have already checked this thing. I set all the ACLs as invalid and then checked, but the button was still not visible.
