Hi,
After upgrade to OTRS 5, the ProductName config (SysConfig :: Core) are ignored by OTRS. When the customer or agents receive an email by Ticket Notification, on footer are showed "Powered by OTRS 5" instead my ProductName config.
Even with Secure::DisableBanner setup as YES the outgoing mails are signed with footer "Powered by OTRS 5"
It's a bug?
