OTRS 5 Run Bash Commands with Generic Agent

Good Afternoon

I'm trying to figure out how to run bash commands from within the "Execute Ticket Commands" section of the Generic Agent. That being said, I can't seem to figure out what syntax it is looking for. If I just want to do something like touch /tmp/test would the command be "/usr/bin/bash touch /tmp/test" WITH the quotes? I've tried it and that seems to be a no go, but I feel like I'm probably missing something obvious. If the quotes are necessary, do I need to escape commands that have ' in them?

I'm just doing a dummy job that I'm running immediately on a test setup on the Welcome to OTRS ticket to learn the system (for select tickets I just said everything in the last year).
