How to set default NotificationEvents for AgentNotification

Hi,

an agent is allowed to choose for which kind of ticket changes he wants to receive notifications.

SysConfig -> PreferencesGroups###NotificationEvent enabled this feature by default - but I cannot find how to set the default preferences for any agent.
I'd like that any agent (or even better - only specific roles) has enabled certain notifications by default.

If that's not possible I'd at least like to configure that nobody receives notifications if the service of a ticket changes by default.

Any ideas?
