I want to keep all automatized and linked between process.
e.g I have an Incident ticket and this incident will need to create a change. It's possible automate to create this change on the same form?

the question is not clear enough:

so I can give general information:
- you can create tickets and link them in a OTRS process
- you can start a change directly from a ticket

Sorry... let me try be more clear.

Do you know if you can start a process flow from choice of dynamic field?
e.g If I choice Incident on Category Field, start Incident Process.

I want this automatized, without make a link manually.
