[CLOSED] Some Emails not Sending

Hi everyone,

I've been having some very strange email behavior recently when using the OTRS system. The Issue I have is that only some emails will be sent out.
It seems to be that any sort of automatic notification will be sent out successfully, and then any sort of manual ticket response (whether from a template or not) will not be sent out.

Is there any obvious reason as to why this would be happening that I've just missed? It can't be my SMTP settings since if they were wrong, none of the emails would be able to be sent out. Not sure what else it could be.

Please check the logs (webserver, OTRS log, mailserver log)...

I took a look at all of those logs and nothing seems to be going wrong. I made a test gmail account to see if it would work with gmail and it's working flawlessly, so it must be something on my email side of things.

Thanks for the suggestion reneeb, I'll mark this as solved since it isn't really an OTRS issue anymore.
