Tickets directly to queues.

Tickets directly to queues.
Hello
I'm new and I would like to know how to put the tickets that go directly to one of my tails, because I only send them to RAW.
Thank you.

Re: Tickets directly to queues.
Easy enough. Here's an example for all mails arriving at sales@ourdomain:
- Stop after match -> yes
- (Filter) Header "To" -> sales@ourdomain.de
- (Set) Header "X-OTRS-Queue" -> Sales
Done.

Thanks, works for me.
You'd know me:
If I add to a customer, that customer will send an e-mail notification

Hello
I have a problem that all mails only go to a queue.
How I can do to go only specific to their tails?
Thank you

Re: Tickets directly to queues.
With tails you mean the domain part?
You then would set up the filter like this:
.*@yourdomain.com

Re: Tickets directly to queues.
I have several queues and add the fields, but only goes to a specified queue and if the fields are equal I deleted the old one.
How could make those who have no fields were to raw and others to specific queues?

Hello
I have two accounts to test in queues. I created two filters for each account, the first filter sends all your queues. I would like to go to predefined queues depending on the e-mail.
And if I do it all the same filters may but with the same parameter is me delete the other, and I did as he told me, but only goes to a queue all tickets. I would like only by mail outside a predefined queue.
Thank you very much
