When agens open OTRS there is a nice little star when they have unread messages.
That feature is missing for customers (or i cant find a way to enable it)

It is not unusual for some of our customers to have 10, 20 or even 30 open tickets at any given time. So when an agent answers a ticket the customer has to open multiple tickets to find the ticket that recieved an update.

Are there any way to show unread messages in customer dashboard?
OTRS 5.0.26 with ITSM, and FAQ module on CentOS 7 with MariaDB and Apache
