Hi,
i try to change the ticket owner with the postmaster filter X-OTRS-Owner in OTRS 5.
It does not work with the Agent Username or the Agent Name.
And i didn´t find any information about this header in the manual or something else.
Can somebody tell me how to use this header?

Do you mean the username, which i allready tried?

I tried it again and now it worked.
