Hi All
I'm currently having an issue with OTRS not logging tickets that are forwarded from one email address to another but works fine when sending directly
test@CellC.co.za forwards to test@Cellfind.co.za then to OTRS
Sender: test@gmail.com
Recipient: test@CellC.co.za
No ticket logged (But mail does reach the Cellfind mailbox through forwarding)
Sender: test@gmail.com
Recipient: test@Cellfind.co.za
Tickets are logged
No bounce back mails (NDR) received
Strange enough, this works fine using a different queue (old) but not a newly created queue
