Autofill ticket subject and text field on close

Hi,

Is it possible to autofill ticket subject and text field when closing ticket
or remove requirement to input something on both fields?

We get lots of tickets that need no comments or anything and just need to be closed.

http://opar.perl-services.de/dist/QuickClose might be interesting for you. If you define some reasons why a ticket gets closed, you'll get a dropdown in the ticket zoom. Then just select a reason in that dropdown and the ticket gets closed (also works on ticket overviews)

Hi,
I set the closing note to "not mandatory" here:

"Sysconfig-->Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketClose###NoteMandator" change it to "no" to close the ticket without note.

Yes, QuickClose is already available for OTRS5
