Hi everyone,
After hours of searching with no good answer my last hope is to you guys.
The problem I'm having is that after an migration to 5.0.9 from 4.0.1 our QueueView isn't working properly. When we want to filter Unlocked tickets (Available tickets) it's instead showing all tickets, so we got the same view under All tickets and under Available tickets.
My guess is that the filtering isn't working properly and I have no idea why, anyone with an idea on what the problem might be?

Did you change the values for 'lock' and 'unlock'? Did you change the sysconfig option Ticket::ViewableLocks?
