MailAccountFetch error

Hi,

I'm getting the following error in system log each 10 minutes:

Facility: OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-10
Message: There was an error executing Execute() in Kernel::System::Console::Command::Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch: Error: Unable to register the process in the database. Is another instance still running?

I've tried to follow the steps from viewtopic.php?t=31123 (put --force-pid, reset afterwads), but they don't seem to work.

Our configuration is:

Operating System: CentOS release 6.7
Apache: httpd 2.2.x
Mysql: 5.1.x
OTRS version: 5.0.8
Perl: v5.10.1

Any help would be welcome.
