Error on every screen

Hi,

I am not a seasoned programmer. Just a sysadmin who inherited this help desk system. Everything has been running smoothly for over a year and all of the sudden users are getting the following error at every web page:

Error during minification of file C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS/var/httpd/htdocs/js/Core.Form.js: Magic number checking on storable string failed at ....libStorable.pm (autosplit into ....libautoStorable haw.al) line 415, at C:/PROGRA~2/OTRS/OTRS//Kernel/System/Cache/FileStorable.pm line 128

I have zero experience in Perl scripting but I do learn fast. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide. We are running OTRS for Windows version 3.0.3

Hi,

it's Windows. It's an old version.

mostly you have updated something on your apache/IIS/Perl/Windows or your system did an update/patching.

solution: switch to Linux.

Yes this occurred right after Windows updates. I guess a migration to Linux is in our future. Thank you for replying.
