Master Slave

Hi all,

So Master-Slave runs smoothly on my OTRS, I just want to ask if it is possible to make all TicketType A Master Ticket by default (TicketType A as Slave not possible) and all TicketType B Slave Ticket by default (TicketType B as Master not possible)

Making all of TypeA a master is probably easier. You could use a genericAgent to do so.

For the TypeB - OTRS wants to know which master belongs to a slave ticket. So you cannot default to "just a slave"...
