Hello Community.
Maybe this question was asked but I can't find proper solution.
My problem: Some settings can be made by agent in his Preference tab. In example: "My queues" and "My notifications".
These settings have impact on agent's notification.
Is there any way to set these parameters from administrator account perspective?
In other words: Can administrator set these settings in behalf of agent?
In other words: In example, during creation of new queue how to add this queue to all agents "My queues" ???

Execuse me my incorrect english.
When do you create a new queue, it's add in "My Queue" list but to use it, you must hightlight it.
That's ok now ?

yes, that's true. Question is: how to "highlight" some elements as administrator but for agents?
