Is anyone able to tell me how can I assign multiple CustomerIDs in 'OTRS 5 free' please?
My Service Desk receives emails (tickets) from one client but this person is representing two separate companies. He uses one email address when emailing us but we have to be able to assign him multiple CustomerIDs.
How can I assign two separate CustomerIDs to one person (one email address) please? I this possible?

I am also looking for the same functionality.
The online OTRS manual shows the following walk through by editing the Kernel/Config.pm to setup a secondary CustomerID field.

I've asked our company's IT team to try this method. Hopefully it will prove to be a viable solution.
