OTRS:ITSM 5- Mail not fetching automatically

Hi Team,

Can anyone help me to configure auto mail fetching option in otrs5.

* I am using OTRS:ITSM 5
* I tried to run otrs.postmaster.pl script however i am getting the below error

First thing would be to make sure you have a mail account set up in the PostMaster Mail Accounts section from the Admin menu. If you've already done that make sure you have it set to match the mailserver encryption settings. IMAP, IMAPS, IMAPTLS, or the same POP, POPS, POPTLS for SSL or TLS encryption. Also make sure all of your credentials and host settings there are correct...

Next thing might be to check out Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager and see what your schedule settings are for fetching mail.

If there are any other OTRS log entries or more specific info on what you've already tried that would be helpful.
