Hi All,
While Creating the ticket I am adding the Customer to the Ticket once the Customer is added the Page AgentTicketPhone being refresh and for this refresh the Ticket Number get changed.
How do I resolve it, as for each refresh the number get changed.
I am using OTRS 5
