Hi!
Sorry if this has been asked/answered before, I tried searching but the terms are so common that's impossible to find the answer if it is there.
I wanted to know if it is possible to notify an Agent when his/her account is created.
Send the email notification with, user name, password and URL.
Is this doable?

There is no default way to do this. And I would encourage not to send password by e-mail. Consider this workflow:
- Create the agent
- Initiate a password reset for the new user via the login page
- Let the new agent set the password on his own
