Hello
Does anybody know if it's possible to display, on the tickets list of the search view, a column with the last activity on the ticket?
I believe the "Changed" attribute only refers to the last state change or a move into queue action, but I would like to get the time when either the state was changed, an article was added or a reply to the customer was made as well.
