hello everyone ! i am new with otrs and AD general, but after some tries i manage to connect my AD with otrs.
My problem is that all my users(from AD) that log in the /otrs/index.pl are stored as agents in otrs. so i see them in otrs agent management!
i wondering if this is normal or i have to make some changes ! i spend a lot of time searching.
is it a change i have to make in the config.pm or something else ?

you can filter via AD group who is able to log in, but all agents wil be created in OTRS after succesful login

my problem isnt that i cant create agents ! my problem is that every user that successfully log in in otrs/index.pl is shown in agent management as agents (and they are not agents) ! is that normal ? or i can change it ?
