Hi all,
I would like to know if there is any way how can I store queue filter for each user session? We have call centrum in our company and users are connecting to remote servers where they use our ERP system. They using email client right now from which they importing orders to our ERP. I want make separate queues for different email addresses and they should log in to OTRS and filter right queue and work with it, but now if I connect with same login from different servers, filter change on both servers. Can I make unique filter for each user session?
