Access to Process Management

Can the access to process management module be restricted by processes?
In syconfig I can see only one setting which allows access to Process Management module as a whole (will give access to all processes).
What if certain users are to be given access to particular processes?

If you like to restrict the administration to Process Management, its not possible- just all or none!
