Hi,
since some weeks ago, I've an issue with the stats module: I can see the report list in Overview menu, but when I want to open/edit one or I want to create a new one, OTRS never goes to the next screen, it hangs.
Then I can see in the system that an Apache process increases the used memory until runs out of it, and I see a lot of temporary files created in otrs/var/tmp/CacheFileStorable/.. until inodes are 100%.
Any idea?
