Problem with SystemMonitoring and CIs (incidentstate)

Hi,

We've installed System Monitoring 5.0.1 package in OTRS ITSM 5.0.9

When OTRS receives an alert DOWN mail, "system logs" show us this error:

"Fri Sep 30 08:00:12 2016 error OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-78 There was an error executing Execute() in Kernel::System::Console::Command::Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch: ERROR: OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-78 Perl: 5.14.2 OS: linux Time: Fri Sep 30 08:00:09 2016
Fri Sep 30 08:00:09 2016 error OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-78 Invalid incident state 'Incident'!"

And when we send "UP":

Fri Sep 30 08:30:11 2016 error OTRS-otrs.Console.pl-Maint::PostMaster::MailAccountFetch-78 Invalid incident state 'Operational'!

Our system is in Spanish and we've incident state (ITSM::Core::IncidentState) as you can see in attached image:
"Incident" => Incidente
"Operational" => Operacional

We think that this is the problem but we don´t know how to solve it. Can someone help us, please?.

System registers incoming mail and processes it, links CI indicated in alert mail but doesn´t change state and doesn't automatically close the ticket.
