Customization in TT state

Hi Team,

I'm new on this forum and this is my first topic. I'm using OTRS since more than 7 years with different versions. Recently, upgraded OTRS server to latest version 5.0.13.

Now, would like to make customization in TT state like we are currently having "New" then "Open" then "Pending" and at last "Close". Here, would like to add "Delivered" state between "Open" and "Pending"/"Close". Also, need button in Menu to change state from "Open" to "Delivered" like we are having for "Pending" and "Close". Could you please help me in this regards.
