Close all linked child tickets when closing parent ticket

Hello all

I was wondering is there any way to implement such a logic. I have couple tickets linked as a "child" to a parent ticket. When I close the parent ticket I would like to make OTRS closes all child tickets too. Is it possible somehow?

MasterSlave Module can do this. But may be not the way you like.

Hi,

Master "controls" Slaves (linked tickets) and the slaves get the same state as the master.

Also uses parent/child linking but you have to define a master ticket specifically.
