A error message unknown and how to have a reference on this matter (OTRS-CGI-20)

Hi everyone,
I get an error message. But, I have no idea to know its meaning. There are some questions I wish a help.
1. How to refer documents to know the matter.
2. What is the facility meaning, OTRS-CGI-20?

Hi,

your workorder state "accepted" is not known. Means it is used (Change Module?) but not configured or valid.
