I'm looking for some tips and guidance from you OTRS masters
When I'm creating statistics template I cannot see all valid services on the list when choosing attribute for X-axis.
Let me explain it to you.
I have configured services in such way:
Service 1
Service 1::Sub-Service 1.1
Service 1::Sub-Service 1.1::Sub-Service 1.1.1
Service 2
Service 2::Sub-Service 2.1
Service 2::Sub-Service 2.1::Sub-Service 2.1.1
The thing is that only last leafs in this forest are set as "valid" (e.g. Service 1::Sub-Service 1.1::Sub-Service 1.1.1). It helps me grey out not last leaf in the Service dropdown list e.g. during ticket creation. All other "not-last leaf services" are set as invalid-temporary (e.g. Service 1 & Service 1::Sub-Service 1.1.)
Here comes the issue. When I'm trying to create statistics template I'm not able to select all required sub-services because the main services are set as invalid-temporary.
Do you know any way to select all required services for such a scenario without set the main services as valid.
I'm using OTRS 3.3.9
