Hi Everyone,
a ticket was created in the Postmaster Queue (which is the default). With the Information in the ticket I haven't a clue which queue it should have gone to. The address shown in the TO-Field is some other company, so one of the otrs-addresses must have been in cc or bcc. Unfortunately I can't see cc or bcc in the ticket zoom. Neither do I find that Information in the ticket history or anywhere else. Can I enable the cc field in the ticket zoom?
