Hi guys,

We have a similar problem mentioned in viewtopic.php?f=62&t=33209.

We use OTRS 4.0.14.

Our OTRS has enabled company tickets. Some customer users in each company has gained permission to access all company tickets and other get access only to their own. Everything its working perfect by the time some customer user wants to use search module. Search module always return all tickets - created by customer users and others in his company. This is not a desired functionality.

I think only authorized persons (with access to company tickets) should see this ticket in search. Others without permission to company tickets should search only own tickets.
