change the url of otrs

Hello,

I want to change the url of my otrs installation.
It is now http://myhost/otrs/index.pl
I want to change it to http://myhost:3334/otrs/index.pl

Can anyone tell me how to do this the easy way

This change is important for the agents that now see the first url en can not follow the link to the ticket.
So changing the notification would be good as well i guess.
