Hi,
I have strange issue with my processes. OTRS ver. 5.0.13.
If i try to create new no-process ticket everything is working - i have queues, services etc.
When i try create process ticket i have empty queue field, but only this field. I can choose service, priority. I have this issue in all my processes.
In agent Panel everything is working, but this isuue occurs only on customer panel in process tickets.
I check couple of times permissions, i try create ticket on different accounts.
Any ideas?

Maybe your initial ActicityDialog only contains the queue?

My ActivityDialog has assigned:
-CustomerID
-Queue
-Service
-Article
-SLA
-Owner
I can create ticket in this process and agent and customer panel.
Everything is working exept queue in customer Panel

I create simple process for tests with CustomerID,Queue and Article and i still have this isuue.

Unfortunately i cannot upload whole process. I can send screenshots.
I think its a configuration issue. In other OTRS (ver. 5.0.12 for tests) i have similar processes with identical firts step and its working. Attachments was makes in process which are identical on test OTRS (its working) and production OTRS (its not working).
Configuration - w mean SysConfig. I check couple of times customer<-> groups<->queues relations. Im pretty sure its ok - no-process ticket working without any issue, co it must be good configured.
Important:
If a create process ticket in agent panel for Customer "customer1" everything is working. I can also login as customer1 i see this created in agent panel ticket - i have all tickets from tests assigned to this customer account. So permissions is working for 100%.
I dont have any ACL.

Its working - i can create ticket without any issues.
I import attached filed to production otrs and i still dont have access to queues. So its 100% configuration issue.
