Hi,
when adding a new customer on Otrs 5 we don't want the field "CustomerID" to match with an existant CustomerID.
Until the version 4 of Otrs there was a blank textbox. This causes an extra-step because you have to create a Customer (Company) before the Customer In SysConfig we already set "CustomerGroupSupport" to 0 but unsuccessfully
Is there any way to change this behaviour?
