Imposible to configure a GMAIL account in OTRS

Hello friends,
Again I come with the problem that I have never been able to solve, I need to configure as the main email account for OTRS with GMAIL, HOTMAIL or OUTLOOK but none of these works for me, in other way, if I use a mail account with private domain, for example, xxx@mycompany.com, this works well and without problems.

I have done many tests, enabling both POP and IMAP for GMAIL, disabling CAPTCHA, and allowing the use of applications with less security, but none of this works for me, I've tried using in Host both imap.gmail.com and pop.gmail.com, but none of these work.

I dont know if it is necessary to open a special port? Or something else that should be done, I'm working on Windows, the version I'm using is óf OTRS is 3.3.13, and it's probe on 32 and 64 bits but NOTHING WORKS.
