Hi,
I am facing a strange problem. When i create a ticket, an email is being sent with a ticket number to the respective agents but the ticket is not showing in the agent dashboard. When I try again to create a ticket, it is showng in the agent dashboard.
So basically it is failing to show the ticket sometimes.
I have extracted the ticket number from the mailserver logs and searched in the database manually. No entry is there in the otrs database table named ticket.
So is there a problem with the module that generates the ticket?
Please advise...

Please check the Apache and OTRS logs... If something failed, you should find log messages there.
