I have a little big problem....
When I search with filter Fulltext, I found some tickets but not all. ( with the ticket number )
By the other side, if I find by ticket number filter, show all tickets.
What is the problem?

The fulltext search searches only a few things (subject, body, from, to, cc). If an email is imported, the first article does not have the ticketnumber in the subject. Hence it cannot be found via fulltext search.
