OTRS diplay dynamic field in columns

Hi all
I am very puzzled. I have enabled a dynamic dropdown box to input locations of incidents raised making it easier to see the ticket location from the New Ticket widget. I have enabled the dynamic field in the widget but it is not being populated even though it is a none null value the diag below shows the Truro ticket which has a value of Truro but nothing in the Court column. Have i missed a step? BTW i can see the value in the zoom view but not the widget.

Hi,

you have to configure the field in QueueOverview (don't know the exact location) in sysconfig for the small, medium or large view.

Did I missed something? We talked about the Dashboard widget. The configuration is available via Admin => SysConfig => Ticket => Frontend::Agent::Dashboard => DashboardBackend###120-TicketNew
Add there a new row to Defaultcolumne with DynamicField_FIELNAME as the Key and 1 or 2 as the Content.

for the overview you have to look in
Ticket → Frontend::Agent::TicketOverview
Ticket::Frontend::OverviewSmall###DynamicField


For the dashboard widgets you have to read the doc carefully
german:

"Hinweis: Nur Ticket-Attribute und dynamische Felder (DynamicField_NameX) sind für DefaultColumns erlaubt."

So you have to use DynamicField_

Can you please show your Dynamic Field Config. As it works for me I doubt that it is a bug
