Hide Ticket Type from dropdown - RESOLVED

We are managing one of our ticket types as a process. We would like to not show that ticket type as a selection when a user goes to create a new phone ticket.

Is there a way to hide a given ticket id value from the ticket id dropdown on creating a new ticket?
