I'm a newbie in OTRS... but this software is awesome!
I have a problem:
I want to assign determined customer to my sales representative, so she can check the status of its customers ticket (and afterwards receive notification of open/close ticket), but I do not know how to do.
I thought:
add a field in customer page. But can I use this field for the search filter? Maybe not...
Has anyone ever had this problem?
