hello, greetings to all.
I'm looking for help Does anyone of you know how to hide or delete some fields from the "new ticket" section of the client?

I already know how to add, but not eliminate. I would appreciate any help

If you want to hide the red marked items, thats nor possible
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master

These fields are technically aand from the database required. It also makes no sense to remove fields which would be needed for content in the ticket. What is you usecase?

in the "new ticket" window of the client.
I just need two "dropdown" that's all.

Is there any possibility that the text field is not mandatory?

You could use process tickets to design the dialogs yourself.

thanks for the answer =) I will read the documentation. Anyway, is it possible to convert the text field of a new ticket to non-mandatory? or put a predefined text?

note: is not possible?
