Upgrade from 6.0.6 to 6.0.7

Dear Community,

Due to some issues I would like to update my version to the latest:
Current version:

PRODUCT = OTRS
VERSION = 6.0.6
BUILDDATE = Tue Mar 6 04:58:45 CET 2018
BUILDHOST = otrsbuild.otrs.com
OS: Ubuntu 16.04

I had a look at the following procedure: https://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/6 ... ating.html
Is that procedure necessary for my case, or there is maybe an easier procedure. For example using packet manager in admin console?
